This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics, forms or third-party content. It is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as my processor. Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, time, requested page, browser details) to deliver and secure the page; this can happen outside Switzerland and the EEA, including the USA, under standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. The data is processed under Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum. I do not evaluate this connection data myself.

If you write to hello@skromny.com, Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) forwards your message for me (Cloudflare Email Routing, as my processor). It arrives in my personal Gmail mailbox at Google Ireland Limited, which handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. Your message and address may therefore be processed outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the USA, on the basis of the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. I use them only to answer you and keep them only as long as needed for that.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion; you may complain to the FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch) or your local authority. GDPR basis: Art. 6(1)(f) and (b).
